The Vestry and Wardens constitute the legal decision-making body of the church. The Vestry has thirteen members, who are each assigned to a cluster with a specific purpose. Each member functions not just as a representative of that cluster's interests, but also in the interests of the entire Parish. The members of the Vestry for 2008 are the following:
