Our mission is to be a beacon of hope and love in a fragmented and fraught world.

At St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, we believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to transform us into members of God’s Holy Kingdom, where following the example of our Savior Jesus Christ we are empowered to humble ourselves and serve the world.

Help Make Worship Possible

Though the clergy lead worship and perform sacraments, we cannot organize our worship services without the dedicated faithfulness of our laity. Parishioners volunteer as readers, intercessors, lay eucharistic ministers, acolytes, and serve behind the scenes in worship on our Altar Guild, Flower Guild, or Usher teams.

We are always happy to welcome newcomers and new volunteers! Contact the wardens to get started. Volunteers will be trained and receive effusive thanks.

Contact Rector Greg at rector@stmarksevanston.org.
